Majestic Oceanview Villa with Dual Infinity Pools & Panoramic Terrace

About this villa

Perched high above the exclusive, sun-drenched crescent of Punta de Mita, this ocean-view penthouse doesn't just offer a view—it commands a panorama of the Pacific. You're not just near the water; you're suspended over it, with the waves providing the soundtrack to your stay.

This is your coastal aerie, a stylish, no-holds-barred headquarters designed for the kind of group that appreciates the finer details without being stuffy about them. It's built for effortless hosting and comfortably sleeps up to ten guests across four spacious bedrooms, each a private sanctuary complete with its own en suite bathroom.

Forget having one good spot for a dip; you've got two private, infinity-edge pools, one seemingly melting into the horizon from the main terrace. But the real showstopper is the rooftop oasis. It's the kind of space that makes you feel like you've arrived, offering a shaded lounge area, a grill station for serious sunset cookouts, and a rooftop jacuzzi where you can soak away the day and plan your next adventure under a blanket of stars.

The entire structure flows with an open-concept indoor-outdoor design. Slide back the massive glass walls and the living area merges with the terrace, creating a single, expansive stage for whatever you have planned—whether it's an intimate dinner, a lively gathering, or simply finding a quiet corner to enjoy a perfect Mexican coffee. And while your accommodations are far above the ordinary, as a guest here, the usually steep minimum consumption fee for the legendary Surf Beach Club—one of the area's most impressive stretches of sand and sea—is graciously excluded.

This isn't just a rental; it's a launchpad for great memories, designed for those who know the difference between luxury and comfort, and demand both. Are you ready to trade the everyday for this level of spectacular?
