Noble Tuscan Villa with Invigorating Pool and Lush Garden Grounds

About this villa

In the heart of Visignano's rolling hills, near the quaint town of Firenzuola, lies a hidden gem for travelers seeking an escape into the Italian countryside. Imagine a villa, once a humble agricultural farm, transformed into a sanctuary where the rustic charm of yesteryear melds seamlessly with modern comforts. This retreat is a haven for those who relish the outdoors and the simple joys of life.

The heart of this idyllic retreat is its natural swimming pool, a refreshing oasis measuring 5 by 10 meters, with depths ranging from a shallow 1.06 to a playful 1.50 meters. Picture yourself lounging by the water, the Tuscan sun warming your skin, or perhaps enjoying an alfresco meal on the veranda, complete with a barbecue and pizza oven — because really, what's a day in Italy without a slice of heavenly pizza?

For fitness enthusiasts or those who occasionally overindulge in the aforementioned pizza, a gym equipped with the works — from treadmills to weights — awaits a mere 50 meters away. Younger guests can revel in a dedicated play area, while the more adventurous can embark on exploratory rides with the 10 mountain bikes provided, venturing into the scenic paths that weave through the villa's park.

The villa also embraces a farm-to-table ethos, offering guests a chance to pick seasonal fruits straight from the vegetable garden. To add to the fun, there's table tennis, a soft air field, and even billiards. Seeking a bit more adventure? Horseback riding, cooking classes, and personalized shopping services are available upon request.

The villa is not just a stay; it's an experience. Its proximity to Florence (75 km) and Bologna (90km) makes it a perfect base for cultural excursions. For water sport aficionados, Bilancino Lake is a mere 50 km away. Don't miss the chance to spend a day at the Santerno River, just 6 km from the villa, where fishing and swimming in the warm season are a must-do.

This Tuscan paradise, comprising four distinct buildings, can comfortably accommodate a large family or a group of friends. Its interiors are a blend of elegance and comfort, featuring a living room with a commanding piano forte and fireplace, cozy corners with sofas and armchairs, and not one, but two kitchens designed to inspire culinary creativity.

Each bedroom in this villa tells its own story, offering unique comforts and views of the lush surroundings. From double bedrooms with private bathrooms to charming single rooms, the villa balances privacy and communal living perfectly.

In summary, this villa is more than just a place to stay; it's a journey into the heart of the Italian countryside, offering a blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural exploration. Whether you're basking in the sun by the pool, cycling through the hills, or indulging in a slice of homemade pizza, this villa promises an unforgettable Italian escape.
