Majestic Cortona Estate with Private Pool and Jacuzzi

About this villa

Imagine a villa, a picturesque gem, situated at the base of the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona in the Arezzo province. This beautiful property, recently restored to showcase the quintessential Tuscan style with its wooden beam ceilings and tiled floors, is the epitome of serene countryside living.

Enclosed by fencing and accessed through an automated gate, the villa is a perfect embodiment of the Tuscan ambiance. Two towering cypresses mark the main façade, inviting travelers into its embrace. The garden, spanning over 54,000 square feet, gracefully follows the contours of the hill, creating a natural, tranquil haven. An outdoor dining area paved in brick, situated just outside the kitchen under a charming patio and equipped with a BBQ, table, and chairs, serves as an idyllic spot for al fresco dining.

Throughout the grounds, numerous nooks offer peaceful retreats for reading and relaxation. The pool area, set on various levels amidst olive trees, features a 13x26 foot pool (depth ranging from 4 to 6.5 feet), open from May through September. Accompanied by a furnished solarium, shower, and gazebo, it's a haven for basking in the Tuscan sun. A level above, the jacuzzi, cradled by ancient olive trees, offers a luxurious escape. The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi, both indoors and outdoors, and ample parking space. Pets are welcome for an additional charge.

The villa itself spans three floors, each harmonizing with the natural terraces of the landscape. The ground floor houses a well-equipped kitchen with direct outdoor access, a living/dining area complete with a fireplace and a dining table for ten, one bathroom, and two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with a double bed. The first floor features a bedroom with a queen bed, two single beds, and a bathroom. Descend to the basement to find a living area with a kitchenette and dining area. The sleeping quarters here include one bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed, one bathroom, and another queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and direct garden access.

Air-conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests (9 adults and 3 children) across its five bedrooms and spacious common areas. It's not just a place to stay; it's a quintessential Tuscan experience, where every moment is steeped in the region's timeless charm.
