Boasting 7 bedrooms and covering a sprawling 10,500 square feet, this property offers stunning lounge spaces sheltered by grand palapas, a fully-equipped wet bar with ocean views, and a spectacular pool terrace, all just steps away from the sand and surf of the Sea of Cortez. This villa has a maximum capacity of 8 couples and 6 children under the age of 12.

A meandering pathway bordered by palm trees leads to a beautiful wooden door carved with the image of a smiling sun. Upon entering, guests will find a spacious open-concept living and dining area shaded by a massive palapa that seamlessly flows onto the pool terrace. The indoor-outdoor connection allows for the cool ocean breeze and the sound of waves to create a tranquil ambiance.

Design and decor throughout the villa are inspired by the beauty and warmth of Mexico. Each room is adorned with vibrant linens, Saltillo tiles, and local art pieces, such as paintings, sculptures, and tilework.
