About this villa

This villa perched atop a 50-foot cliff in Casa de Campo, is an extraordinary 10-bedroom oceanfront estate offering unparalleled views of the Caribbean Sea. Located in a private and exclusive cul-de-sac, this modern luxury residence blends cutting-edge design with the beauty of its tropical surroundings. The villa’s contemporary architecture emphasizes clean lines and open spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the stunning sea views and lush greenery inside. Expansive terraces and an infinity pool stretch along the oceanfront, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation. Lounge chairs, shaded sitting areas, and a covered dining space with a barbecue and pizza oven provide everything needed for alfresco dining or unwinding with loved ones. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit to enjoy the star-filled sky and the tranquil sound of the waves. Inside, this villa features a spacious open-plan design with vaulted ceilings and dark wood accents that enhance its luxurious yet inviting atmosphere. The main living area flows seamlessly onto the terraces, while the interiors are adorned with contemporary artwork. The villa includes two fully equipped kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances, a large formal dining room with a bar and wine cooler, a media room with seating for 12, a gym, and an office. Two ocean-facing master suites offer breathtaking views, while six additional bedrooms provide direct access to private balconies with sea views. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Three independent apartment-style suites, complete with private kitchenettes and terraces, offer additional flexibility and privacy. The outdoor amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large saltwater infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, and a gazebo with a living and dining area. The villa is the ultimate oceanfront retreat, combining modern luxury with the serene beauty of the Caribbean for an unforgettable experience. Can be rented as 6BR room.
