About this villa

Welcome to a villa where luxury is not just a word, but an experience woven into every aspect of your stay. In the heart of Tuscany, just a 15-minute drive from the ancient city of Arezzo, this villa stands as a testament to Italian elegance and comfort, designed for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

The villa unfurls a canvas of space and style, with a swimming pool measuring a generous 33 by 23 feet, and a hot tub, both reserved exclusively for your indulgence. Imagine swimming in heated waters, the Tuscan sun painting the sky, as you escape the hustle of everyday life. For those arriving before mid-May or between mid-September and mid-November, the pool's warmth can be yours for a little extra.

Upon arrival, let the culinary celebration begin with a welcome dinner, organized right on site, where flavors of Tuscany come to life on your plate. The villa's character is evident not just in its structure but in the experiences it offers – from cooking classes to sumptuous local dinners, all arranged upon request.

Picture a villa with a dependance, where every corner whispers stories of Tuscan charm. The covered terrace, complete with a pizza oven, invites you to try your hand at authentic Italian cooking, while the panoramic veranda and the first-floor terrace offer mesmerizing views of the surrounding landscape. It's no wonder that many choose this enchanting spot for their weddings in Tuscany.

The villa's interiors are a blend of tradition and modernity. On the ground floor, a double living room leads to a separate kitchen, a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, another bathroom, and a laundry area. As you ascend to the second floor, four bedrooms await, each with their own ensuite bathrooms, offering a blend of double and twin arrangements.

In the outbuilding, a living room and laundry area are complemented by a separate kitchen with a small bathroom. The second floor reveals a double room and a twin room, each with ensuite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

This villa is more than a place to stay; it's a doorway into the Tuscan way of life. Whether you're lounging by the pool, exploring the nearby Casentino Forests and Verna Park, or playing tennis on the court shared with neighboring properties, every moment here is a brushstroke in your Italian masterpiece.

For those with a thirst for exploration, the villa's location is ideal. Discover Subbiano, Caprese Michelangelo, Cortona, and the enchanting city of Florence, or tee off at a nearby golf course, all within reach.

In summary, this villa offers a luxurious, serene, and culturally rich Tuscan experience. It's a place where every detail is curated for comfort, every view a celebration of natural beauty, and every experience a cherished memory in the making.
