Plush and Inviting Mountaintop Villa with Big Private Infinity Pool, and Ocean and Valley Views

About this villa

This villa is a stunning two-story, four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence nestled within Ladera del Mar, an exclusive residential development situated just ten minutes from the beach. Perched on a hillside, this home boasts captivating views of the ocean, the valley, and even the majestic Rincón de la Vieja Volcano.

Two luxurious master suites, each featuring a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a full en-suite bathroom, provide a haven of comfort. A third bedroom offers the flexibility of either a king-size bed or two twin beds, while a versatile bedroom/office features a double pull-down Murphy bed. All bedrooms offer breathtaking ocean and valley vistas, and two bathrooms are equipped with double sinks for added convenience. This fully furnished home is equipped with four TVs, central air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a brand-new washer and dryer.

The villa exudes a warm contemporary aesthetic, with most of the furniture meticulously crafted under the guidance of a skilled interior designer. The kitchen, a culinary enthusiast's dream, is adorned with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven, sous vide, and air-fryer options, ensuring culinary versatility. The spacious kitchen island provides ample counter space and seating for four, while a large refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser adds to the convenience. The custom-built cabinetry, imported from Spain, enhances the kitchen's elegance. A custom-made rectangular dining table crafted from local guanacaste wood seats eight comfortably.

Outdoor living is equally impressive. An outdoor kitchen, complete with a high-end barbecue, a hidden propane tank, and full white cabinetry with granite countertops, provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The centerpiece, however, is the magnificent 10-meter infinity pool, offering panoramic ocean and valley views. The pool features a submerged sun platform for relaxation and a dedicated lap lane for avid swimmers. A spacious terrace, adorned with comfortable lounge chairs and tables, invites guests to bask in the sun and soak in the breathtaking scenery.

Ladera Del Mar, a gated community, ensures utmost privacy and security with 24/7 surveillance. The villa itself boasts its own private gate, further enhancing the sense of exclusivity. This remarkable residence offers an unparalleled escape, a short drive from the vibrant beaches of Playas del Coco and Playa Hermosa and conveniently close to the Liberia International Airport.
