Pristine Oceanside Villa with Infinity Pool, BBQ, and Outdoor Dining

About this villa

Welcome to this unique and stunning luxury villa, located in Lurin between St Jean, Saline, and Gustavia, making it the perfect location for a luxury vacation rental. The villa is in close proximity to the island's best restaurants and other activities, and it only takes a short 5-minute drive to reach the area's stunning beaches.

Upon entering this holiday villa, guests will find a common entrance shared with Villa Indyana. However, Villa Ventura has its own parking area, which is accessible via a code, located in front of its main door. From there, a small green path leads to the main entrance of the villa. Once inside, guests will be greeted by an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and central kitchen island, offering a stunning view of the pool. The main living room boasts a beautiful sofa, perfect for gathering or watching French and American TV channels. The space can be completely opened to the outside by opening the sliding windows and doors of the two bedrooms, giving guests a feeling of staying in a large loft with a modern and sought-after decoration.

The villa features two bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room. The first bedroom benefits from a patio, which provides natural light and greenery. The beautiful bathroom is in continuity with the dressing room and is also bathed in natural light. On the other side, the second bedroom offers a nice surface area with storage and a shower with a view of the outside.

Step outside, and you'll be greeted by a beautiful terrace with everything you need for a luxury villa rental. Guests can dine al fresco, relax in the outdoor sofas, use the barbecue grill, soak up the sun on the deckchairs, and even find guest toilets nearby. The villa also features a heated pool with a partial view of the sea. However, the view from this luxury vacation rental is primarily of the beautiful hilly island with changing light throughout the day, highlighting the nature that surrounds the villa.

This luxury villa also offers guests the possibility to add a third bedroom upon request thanks to the independent studio outside, located just below the villa. The beds can be turned into two separate single beds for added convenience.

In conclusion, this luxury villa is the perfect holiday villa for those seeking a luxurious and convenient vacation experience in St Barts. Bookings through VILLAWAY® include optional TripSecure® Travel Insurance, as well as dedicated Concierge and Client Ambassador service. ©2023 VILLAWAY®.
