BEACH DETAILS
Please note this is a new development so there is construction taking place and there is a potential for noise during the day, this is reflected in the currently discounted rates.

Construction hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. On Weekends there is no work permitted.

During all the dates below, there is no construction work permitted without exception.

November 23rd to November 26th, Thanksgiving.
December 16th, 2023 to January 1st, 2024, Christmas and New Year. 
Rates = $1,500 USD per night + 19% fees and taxes per night (includes daily housekeeping, the preparation of breakfast or lunch, 6 seat Golf cart, Premier Membership Golf + Concierge services)
