This two-bedroom apartment is exclusively available through Sibarth and is located directly above their office in Gustavia, one of the few remaining historical buildings in town. The apartment has a French colonial style with modern conveniences, including a custom Devol Kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and parquet floors throughout. Enjoy a separate entrance and private balcony with stunning views of the town and harbor.

The pentrhouse suite is part of the Lacour family estate, which includes several uniquely designed suites and apartments around a tropical garden in the heart of the city. You will be within walking distance of Gustavia’s boutiques, bakeries, restaurants, and nightlife, as well as the picturesque Shell Beach. When you stay at the Swedish House, you are directly above the Sibarth Concierge team, ready to create memorable experiences for you, such as private wine tastings and windsurfing lessons.
