Entering this luxury villa, you'll be greeted by an elegant and airy coral stone reception lounge, complete with comfortable sofas and a piano. Through the archway, you'll find a separate indoor dining area and three sets of double doors that open out onto a large, covered terrace with views of the upper pool deck and sea beyond. Perfect for alfresco dining, this terrace is the ideal spot to enjoy a meal with loved ones while taking in the stunning surroundings.

Outside, this luxury villa offers a sunny pool deck with two pools and uniquely landscaped gardens with meandering paths that lead you over a bridge, past a waterfall, and through a shady gully with a pergola and BBQ area. The upper pool deck boasts a 15m pool and separate jacuzzi pool, surrounded by sun loungers and chairs, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and soaking up the Caribbean sun.

This luxury villa offers five bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and hairdryers. A spacious master ensuite bedroom upstairs features a large, covered balcony offering stunning views over the pool deck below, to the sea and horizon beyond. A further four bedrooms are at ground floor level, two on each side of the villa, providing flexible bedding options.

In addition to its well-appointed bedrooms, this luxury villa features a fully equipped kitchen, and guests can enjoy the culinary skills of the villa's chef, who can cater for any special dietary requirements or requests. All the staff will be on hand to make your stay as perfect as possible.

Included during your stay is free access to the private members Sandy Lane Estate Beach club, just a three-minute drive away, or a beautiful 20-minute stroll along the Sandy Lane golf course. The club offers a beautiful beach, ample sun loungers, and a bar that serves light lunches. It is perfect for socializing, organizing water sports, or simply relaxing. Golf and tennis facilities are also available for booking at an extra charge, and there is a golf club with wonderful views over the Green Monkey golf course that is a great place for drinks or dining.
