Beachfront Soliman Luxe Villa with Private Pool and Steps to Beach

About this villa

This magnificent four-bedroom beachfront villa is perched on the primary dune in the central part of Soliman Bay, offering a dream vacation home that combines the beauty of the Caribbean, privacy, and 5-star comfort.

This villa features softly curved lines, an elegant decor, and a relaxing ambiance. The open floor plan encompasses a cozy living area, a formal dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. It's easy to feel at home here, laughing and chatting with your family over a delicious home-cooked meal or simply enjoying the views of the pool area and the beach.

Large glass sliders open up from the living and dining area, allowing refreshing sea breezes to flow in and beckoning you to spend time outdoors. The spacious and shaded pool patio is designed for ultimate enjoyment and relaxation. An outdoor dining area is perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The built-in grill next to the pool inspires you to organize a mouth-watering cookout party, filling the air with tantalizing aromas of sizzling meat and honey-grilled shrimp.

Numerous sun lounges and a beach palapa provide the perfect setting for relaxation, allowing you to unwind with a chilled cerveza while admiring the mesmerizing aqua-blue waters of Soliman Bay.

One pleasant surprise awaits you in all four of the villa's bedrooms—stunning Caribbean views. The downstairs bedroom features an extra-large king-size bed and a full entertainment center with a plasma TV. The two king-size bedrooms on the second floor offer spacious en-suite bathrooms and private access to a large furnished ocean terrace.

An exterior stairway leads up to the beautiful rooftop Master Bedroom, topped with a palapa. This is arguably the most romantic room, boasting a private furnished deck and elevated views of the Caribbean on one side, and lush tropical jungle on the other.

Gazing out at the turquoise reef of Soliman Bay and the light blue sea beyond will make you wish you could live here year-round, faced only with decisions like whether to snorkel out to the reef, go kayaking, or simply lounge by the pool.

But for now, there's one decision that matters the most—booking this incredible beachfront Villa and embracing an exciting vacation in Riviera Maya!

Please note that a mandatory 8% gratuity fee, based on the pricing before tax, will be charged upon arrival at the villa. This fee covers gratuity for the entire staff of the property.
