It houses three elegant King bedrooms outfitted with luxurious linens and en-suite bathrooms, alongside a vibrant bunk room with six single beds that is perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests. Separated by just a few steps, the private Studio offers a secluded retreat perfect for grandparents, a couple, or remote workers. This bright, serene space features its own King bedroom with a walk-in closet, a full bathroom, a dedicated corner workspace, and massive windows that frame the surrounding palm trees. All bedrooms across the estate are equipped with modern air conditioning to ensure restful nights.

Please note that the studio is not connected to the main house.

House Rules
* After your beach adventures, rinse off the sand using the outdoor shower located on the right side of the main entrance to preserve our septic system.
* Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; please be respectful of other residents.
* When using the AC, please ensure bedroom doors are closed to prevent system issues.
* We are located in the driest area in the country so we kindly ask for saving water.
*No pets.
*This is a NON-SMOKING Property. Smoking inside the house is cause for termination of rental without a refund.
*Parties or events are not permitted. We ask that guests keep the noise down after 9 pm.
*Guests shall secure and protect their valuables.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted by email to the booking agent.

Cancellations made at least 90 days before the Check-in Date will be charged a $500 Cancellation Fee and refunded all remaining monies. Cancellations made 90 days or less before the Check-in Date will receive no refund will apply.

In the event the cancelled room is rebooked, reimbursement will be made to the Guest and the Guest will only be charged the $500 cancellation fee. There are no refunds given of any kind for early checkout. A $500USD Cancellation Fee applies to ALL cancellations made after 48 hours from the time that the Reservation was confirmed.
