This island getaway is truly exceptional. Perfectly situated at Lorient Beach it's a 5 minute drive to St Jean town. From the villa you can admire views of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate and Île Bonhomme.

Living Spaces; this luxury villa boasts an airy room that serves as the heart of this retreat. It encompasses a living room area with sofas facing a wall mounted TV. Perfect for unwinding after an adventure filled day. Sliding doors open up to a terrace with access, to the beach providing awe inspiring views and welcoming in refreshing ocean breezes.
For those who need to work there's an office, at the back of the room that comes with a desk and chair.

The kitchen and dining room are located adjacent to the living area in Les Basses Villa. The modern kitchen, adorned in white with marble countertops provides a sleek and stylish space for preparing gourmet meals. Our concierge can arrange pre delivery of groceries, meals or even coordinate private chef services for special occasions.

Within the room there is a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests— for hosting festive dinners. If you prefer a dining experience you can head to the covered terrace where another table awaits. From this vantage point you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean. Feel the island breeze rustling through palm trees.

The two bedrooms on either side of the room ensuring tranquility and privacy for all guests. Both rooms mirror each other in design and amenities; a king bed, dressing room space and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a spacious shower.

When it comes to features at this luxury villa, life in the Caribbean is best enjoyed outside. Adjacent to the dining area is a lounge space—a perfect setting, for indulging in sunset cocktails. As the afternoon progresses the beautiful golden sunlight spreads across the sea, islands and sky.

You'll find it hard to resist taking a dip in the inviting swimming pool. It offers both an deep end allowing you to choose between submersion or simply relaxing in the cool water while soaking up the sun. When its time to dry off there are loungers scattered around the terrace that provide spots, for sunbathing.

A gate below the pool deck leads to a beach area where guests can enjoy sunbathing on loungers or have lunch while enjoying ocean views. From this vantage point you can watch surfers catching waves throughout the day. Additionally there is a designated swimming area in the ocean near the shore.

This luxury villa provides access to beaches. A quick 5 minute drive west will take you to St Jean Beach, which is widely regarded as one of the beaches, on the island and also features shops and restaurants. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere Marigot Bay Beach is 5 minutes east. Offers a tranquil spot backed by serene coconut groves.

This luxury villa in St. Barts provides house cleaning services six days a week (excluding holidays). During Thanksgiving and December holidays the villa is rented at its capacity rate regardless of the number of bedrooms occupied. This villa is suitable, for children aged 8 and above as they should be swimmers.
