About this villa
Nestled on West Ridge Road, one of the most sought-after locations on the Sandy Lane Estate, this luxury villa rental, with its sea views, offers a spacious and comfortable six-bedroom colonial-style property that is perfect for families and large groups. The villa is equipped with modern conveniences and multiple lounging and entertainment areas, making it an ideal holiday villa.
With well over 6,000 square feet of covered living space, the main house and guest cottage of this luxury vacation rental sit on one of the largest plots on the estate, sprawling over 2 ½ acres. The villa's ridge front location offers breathtaking views of the sea to the west, amidst the stunning mahogany trees. To the south and east, the famous Old Nine golf course, complete with clubhouse, bar, and tennis courts, can be seen.
This holiday home is a seamless blend of colonial charm and modern finishes, featuring a welcoming reception room that flows onto a terrace dining area overlooking the pool, expansive lawn, and gardens. An open corridor with western views leads you to both north and south bedroom wings.
The north hallway takes you down to the coral stone deck and pool with sun loungers and umbrellas and leads you to two large guest bedrooms. On the other hand, the south hallway leads to another guest bedroom and the spacious master bedroom. All the bedrooms in this luxury villa rental are air-conditioned and include en-suite bathrooms. A TV and family room are located to the right of the reception area, while a formal dining room with stairs leading to the kitchen and lower level is to the left.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen, located on the lower level, features a fun dumbwaiter food delivery system that services the dining room above. On the lower level, there is also a gym and a two-bedroom, one-bathroom guest cottage with a living and office area with its own entrance.
The majestic gardens, privacy, space, and sea views offered at this luxury vacation rental set it apart from many other rental homes on the Sandy Lane Estate. Take an early morning stroll around the neighboring Old Nine golf course, catch a game of tennis, or relax at the private members-only Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club, which includes parking, a restaurant, a bar, bathrooms, internet/office services, along with beach chairs and umbrellas.
