About this villa

The Villa is a contemporary 2 bedrooms apartment in Gustavia, located just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Situated high above Gustavia Harbor, the Villa enjoys spectacular ocean and sunset views.

The predominately white interior features a living room with a view of the pool. The nearby indoor dining area opens to a well-equipped, modern kitchen with a breakfast island. The guest room on the main floor offers a queen-size bed, dressing room, and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The top level houses the spacious master bedroom, which has a European king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a work area with a desk and computer.

The Space:
The entrance on the second floor leads to a semi-open sun terrace and small pool. This fully air-conditioned apartment also comes with U.S. satellite and Apple TV and WiFi. Villa comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

LIVING AREA: Pretty living room with comfortable sofa in refined colors, equipped with Dish network, Apple Tv, View on the Port of Gustavia

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Kitchen/dining room located on a private terrace offering a magnificent view of the harbour, equipped for 6 people, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, mixer, dishwasher, the ideal place to admire the sunsets.
