About this villa

This luxury villa, nestled among lush private gardens and exotic fruit trees, boasts breathtaking views over the landscaped hillside of Sugar Hill and the sparkling Caribbean Sea beyond. The villa's large central reception room opens out to an expansive covered terrace overlooking the full-size swimming pool and the West Coast of Barbados.

The air-conditioned designer kitchen features Italian granite-topped units, while a separate laundry, staff room and service entrance are also available. An air-conditioned media room leads off to the right of the reception room and opens out onto the main covered terrace, offering a perfect space for entertainment and relaxation.

The main house features three en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, each opening through French doors to a spacious balcony providing stunning views of the surrounding scenery. The master suite boasts a separate dressing room, while all bedrooms have en-suite marble bathrooms.

In addition to the main house, this luxury villa features a separate one-bedroom guest cottage with an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and private terrace. The west-facing private swimming pool and sun terrace are perfect for soaking up the Caribbean sun and feature a poolside dining pagoda and fitted granite-topped units.
