The newly built holiday villa offers a clean, modern, and bohemian design that exudes barefoot-luxury. With its two well-separated bedrooms, it is perfect for two couples or a family with children.

The living area is a true indoor-outdoor living experience, with the option to enclose it and turn on the air-conditioning, or open it up fully to a wide, shaded terrace. This spacious outdoor area offers two plush couches, a dining table, and a cabinet stocked with tableware. Beyond the living space is a heated swimming pool, perfect for lounging in the sun.

Each bedroom in this luxury vacation rental boasts a king-size bed and ample closet space, as well as Smart TVs with access to Netflix and other channels. The ensuite bathrooms have showers, and one bedroom offers an American-sized bed, while the other boasts a European-sized one.

The villa's location is ideal for guests who enjoy walks and surfing, as it is walking distance to Toiny beach. However, it should be noted that swimming is not recommended at this beach. For lunch with their feet in the sand, the beach restaurant at Hotel Le Toiny is just a short distance away.
