Magnificent Tropical Villa w/ Private Pool and Gourmet Kitchen

About this villa

A luxurious vacation retreat with postcard-perfect Views. This luxury villa rental is a minimalist’s dream come true. The sleek, uncluttered design of this property exudes a Zen-like ambiance that will immediately calm your mind and improve your mood. The villa’s impressive view across Marigot and Grand Cul de Sac adds to the feeling of utter relaxation.

Architect Johannes Zingerle's vision for this property is nothing short of sublime. The villa is filled with luxurious materials such as cool lava stone and warm weathered wood for the floors, crisp linen for the couches, and plenty of glass to give you unobstructed views of the surrounding beauty. The villa is inviting, sophisticated, and inclusive, making you feel right at home.

The location of this holiday villa is within the Mont Jean gated community, providing you with seclusion and privacy. The villa flows harmoniously across three floors, but the main living space is on the middle level. Here you’ll find an indoor living space, a stunning library and office area, a 12-person dining room with retractable glass walls that bring the outside in, and a wrap-around covered terrace perfect for entertaining.

One of the highlights of the villa is its high-caliber kitchen. Equipped with everything an ambitious cook might need, the kitchen is artfully concealed within the cabinetry. It can be left open to the living area for family cooking or closed off if you’d like a private chef to take care of your meals. Sibarth’s concierge can set you up with the island’s best chef or a wine expert to lead a group tasting.

Upstairs from the central social hub are three bedrooms, including the master suite, each with its ensuite bathroom, private entrance, and terrace. Below the living area, accessed by two floating staircases, is the pool deck, with eight sunbeds, a half bath, and an outdoor shower. The 30-meter-long pool is heated year-round, making it inviting no matter the season. The villa’s fourth bedroom, another master suite with its private deck and outdoor lounge area, is also on this level.

Children over five and teenagers are welcome at this beautiful villa. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a group retreat, this luxury villa rental will offer you the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
