Golf-front Punta Mita Villa with Plunge Pool, Beach Club Access, and Ocean Views

About this villa

This villa is perfectly positioned alongside the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Bahía Golf Course. You're smack in the middle of the exclusive Punta Mita gates, home to the world-renowned Four Seasons property and some genuinely excellent restaurants. This private residence offers a sophisticated, contemporary style that instantly puts you at ease, providing unique access to an incomparable lifestyle.

The design is brilliant. The two master bedrooms face directly toward the ocean, each with its own en-suite bathroom. For those who enjoy a bit of open-air freedom, one even includes a single outdoor shower—a mandatory ritual before that first morning espresso. Your living space extends seamlessly onto an expansive private terrace featuring its own plunge pool and separate living and dining areas.

But the real currency here is access. Tenants of this villa benefit from the highest level Premier Golf membership benefits, essentially handing you the keys to the kingdom. This includes privileged access to: the Pacifico Golf Course, the Bahía Golf Course, the Tennis Center, the Fitness Center, and of course, the exclusive Pacifico Beach Club and Kupuri Beach Club. This level of membership means you spend your time relaxing, not waiting.

You're in Punta Mita, my friend, and that means you're surrounded by the best of the Mexican Pacific. Outside your door, you have two championship golf courses that beckon, but there's a world beyond the greens. Grab a kayak or paddleboard at the beach club and hit the waters of Bahía de Banderas. The water is clear, warm, and perfect for snorkeling.

For a little adventure, charter a boat—the fishing here is legendary, and a half-day trip can yield everything from Mahi-Mahi to tuna, which your chef can certainly transform into a world-class dinner back at the villa. If you crave local flavor, take a short trip outside the gates to the nearby town where you can find honest, delicious street food and charming local shops. This location delivers a perfect balance: the tranquility of a private home with all the privileges of a five-star resort. It’s a truly effortless escape.
