About this villa

This is a private, luxury villa estate nestled high in the jungle overlooking the prodigious Nicoya Peninsula coastline of Mal País and Santa Teresa. Devoid of all distractions, but abuzz with amplified wonderment, this estate will simply take your breath away. 
Surrounded by luscious gardens, this majestic two-villa estate can accommodate up to 12 guests throughout 14,500 sq. ft of blissful living space. Take full advantage of its privileged spot above Mal Pais, with three sizable pools including; a swim-up bar, custom spa and infinity pool, overlooking Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula. In the main villa, there’s five bedrooms with private bathrooms, including two master suites. Inspired by natural beauty, they feature hand carved wooden beds, local driftwood tree trunks incorporated into the shower and a natural stone bathtub.

The second villa provides a romantic setting for two, also enjoying an open-plan design. This sociable property includes a fully stocked contemporary kitchen and large living area, although the prime spot for dining is outside with its twenty-seat table pouring over wistful ocean views. For ultimate decadence, the property benefits from a private heliport, media room, outdoor games room and 24-hr security.
