The villa's layout offers versatility, presenting various possibilities for making the most of the space. The main floor is embraced by balconies that wrap around, providing a jungle panorama. From these vantage points, you can observe the local wildlife, including monkeys and vibrant birds, from all directions. At night, these elevated spots offer a mesmerizing stargazing experience.

   
BEDROOM DETAILS

Bedroom 1:
The master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed, A/C, ocean view, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Accommodates up to 2 guests.

Bedroom 2:
Situated on the second floor, this bedroom features a queen-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, WiFi, ocean view, terrace access, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity, and WC. Accommodates up to 2 guests.

Bedroom 3:
A cozy bedroom with 2 single beds, A/C, WiFi, and terrace access. WC is not included. Accommodates up to 2 guests.

LOCATION DETAILS
Situated in the most prestigious Escalares neighborhood, this villa enjoys an equidistant (10-minute) proximity to both Dominical and Uvita. This prime location allows easy exploration of pristine beaches, mesmerizing waterfalls, local shops, services, and a variety of activities. A small commercial center, just a 5-minute drive away, offers a coffee shop, convenience store, restaurant, and spa. Your check-in will be facilitated by Pura Villas' host, and assistance is available from 8 am - 6 pm through group chat. Offering complete privacy, this is a private home with no shared spaces, ensuring you exclusive access to the property and its inviting swimming pool.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
A reservation deposit of 50% is required.
Full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation > 60 days prior: $350 administration fee forfeited.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days: 50% of gross rental rate + $350 administration fee forfeited.
Cancellation within 45 days: 100% of gross rental rate forfeited.
Please note that Christmas and New Year reservations are fully nonrefundable.
Damage Deposit: $500.00
Costa Rica Administration Fee: US$ 40.00
