About this villa

This luxurious estate, located in the desirable Palmilla Caleta area of Los Cabos, is the perfect vacation paradise for you and your family. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this estate can sleep up to 14 guests comfortably. The private Caleta area is a safe and secure environment for you and your loved ones to enjoy.

Each of the five bedrooms at this estate is lavishly furnished with plush pillows, high-quality linens, and a variety of unique wooden furnishings. Three of the bedrooms feature a king-size bed and their own en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom has two double beds and two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds.

Master your culinary skills in the spacious gourmet kitchen of this estate, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances that make it easy to prepare a spectacular meal for everyone. The spacious open-concept living and dining area is the perfect place to entertain all your guests.

Step outside to the terrace and you'll find plenty of oversized sunbeds and chairs for everyone to relax on, as well as another dining table, wine and beer fridge, and a gas grill. The large sun deck culminates with an infinity-edged pool and a large hot tub that can accommodate at least 12 adults.

Located just one row back from the beach, this estate offers stunning views of the ocean and the world-renowned One & Only Hotel on the point of Palmilla. To take advantage of the views and the soft warm breeze, all the French doors found on the upper level of the estate fold back. The pool overflows down a wall to the lower level and provides a water feature for the lower level where three of the private bedrooms are located.

Your booking of this luxury estate, located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community, includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis clubs. Additional fees apply. Please ask your concierge for reservations and tee times. One & Only restaurant reservations may also be requested and are subject to availability and confirmation from the One & Only Palmilla hotel. Access to the gym and pool areas of the One & Only Palmilla is restricted to hotel guests only.
