Tranquil Punta de Mita Oceanview Penthouse with Dual Infinity Pools & Rooftop Oasis

About this villa

This villa is a two-story oceanview penthouse nestled within the exclusive Surf Residences in Punta de Mita. Designed for relaxed sophistication and effortless hosting, this coastal retreat sleeps up to 14 guests and features dual private infinity pools, open-concept indoor-outdoor living, and a rooftop oasis built for connection and serenity. Whether gathering for sunset dinners, soaking in the jacuzzi, or enjoying the surrounding surf culture, This villa offers a modern, design-forward stay where every detail inspires calm, beauty, and togetherness.

Framed by sweeping views of the Pacific, this villa embraces a lifestyle of barefoot luxury. The lower level features four spacious bedrooms—each with en suite bathrooms—and a seamless open living space with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead out to the main terrace and its ocean-facing infinity pool. The name “Fika” comes from the Swedish tradition of slowing down to appreciate the good things in life. This philosophy lives in every corner of the penthouse—from its serene flow to the handcrafted touches. Even the custom surfboard displayed in the space was shaped by a local artisan, adding a soulful, grounded layer to the home’s identity.

Upstairs, the rooftop terrace unfolds as your private sanctuary: a second infinity-edge pool, built-in grill, shaded lounge areas, and jacuzzi invite you to slow down and savor. Mexican artisan pieces throughout the home—sourced from Sayulita to San Miguel de Allende—add soul to every space, including a handcrafted surfboard made by a local craftsman. It’s an inspiring blend of Scandinavian serenity and Mexican heritage, curated for travelers who value meaningful design and refined ease.
