About this villa

This captivating villa is a spectacular, very privately situated designer villa with sea view in the noble villa urbanisation "Sol de Mallorca". A short walk takes you to a small sandy bay below the property and the popular Cap Falco beach is only a 10-minute walk away.

Concrete, glass and stainless-steel contrast harmoniously with the cosy and comfortable interior of the luxurious holiday home with 450 m² of living space. The open plan living/dining area with integrated high-tech stainless-steel kitchen is flooded with light through large windows that open onto several terraces at the same time and offer idyllic views over the well-tended garden to the sea and the surrounding landscape.

This lower level is also home to one of the four modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The other three en-suite double bedrooms - including the large master suite with dressing room and private terrace - are located on the upper living level.
