About this villa

Located at a five minutes walk from the coast of Pelada beach, Casa de Calma is a brand new stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom property designed to ensure guests get the most out their experience in Nosara by providing a carefully designed space with all the best comforts, luxuries and details. This property features a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious and functional outdoor area with sunbeds, grill and a fire pit by a large freshwater pool to enjoy with family and friends.

The Space

The-up-and-coming residential area of Pelada Beach is a great option for those looking to enjoy Nosara without having to worry about the noise or more crowded areas that are characteristic to the North Guiones area. Pelada beach is quiet, residential and private with an increasing number of expats deciding to relocate here. The main road of Pelada also offers an increasing number of shops and restaurants. There is no better place to watch the sunset than Pelada, which attracts visitors from other parts of Nosara who gather to watch in awe as the sun sets down on the horizon. This elegant property is equipped with all the comforts to make your trip a relaxing experience. The tall airy wood ceilings and large windows allow the breeze to run freely filling every space with energy and light.

Neighborhood

Within a 5-10 walk there are several bars and restaurants, including Il Peperoni and La Luna. La Bodega grocery store is 5 minutes away, offering high end produce, wine and take out food in the evenings.
