About this villa

Located just steps away from the serene Marina, this eco-luxe villa offers a peaceful retreat while also providing convenient access to the third hole of the nine-hole golf course. Although it may not be situated directly on the beach, you'll find yourself within walking distance of the beautiful shoreline. Additionally, a variety of exciting aquatic adventures, including Catamaran experiences, spearfishing, and sport fishing excursions, await you just a short stroll away.

Built around a natural phenomenon, the cenote, this property boasts an intricate freshwater system that flows beneath it. We have embraced this captivating feature and made it the centerpiece of this exquisite home.

Featuring five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this fine villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms are situated on the ground level, while the remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The Master Suite boasts an en-suite master bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a his-and-her bathroom.

The villa's exterior common areas are a source of pride, offering delightful spaces for relaxation and entertainment. The breezy rooftop terrace boasts a bar with panoramic views of the marina and jungle, providing the perfect setting for unwinding. A palapa area invites guests to lounge, practice yoga or meditation, or indulge in spa services. On the ground level, by the inviting pool, you can bask in the sun during the day and gather around the fire pit for evening barbecues and socializing.

This beautiful villa is a remarkable luxury home that caters to families with children, couples, and groups of friends seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Whether you are yearning for tranquility or seeking adventure, this exquisite villa offers an ideal base for your vacation.
