For more than 130 years, the townhouse has stood on the eastern outskirts of Artà, one of the most beautiful towns in northeast Mallorca, with a fantastic view of the Serres de Llevant. Originally, the rear part of the townhouse was used for drying the leaves of Mallorcan dwarf palms.
