About this villa

Set into the rocks above the beach and surrounded by natural vegetation, this wonderful villa is a contemporary beach house with ocean views from every room and ample space for parties of eight to spread out.

Located in the Turtle Tail area on the southern shore, on a beach so quiet it will feel like yours alone, the shallow Caicos Banks stretch out before the villa in a seemingly endless expanse of calm, turquoise sea.

Drink in the breathtaking views and find a spot to unwind. Outdoors the choices include a covered dining and living area with a barbecue and a sunny deck with a heated pool and plenty of loungers – or follow the stone path down past a separate wooden deck to the powder-soft sand.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the great room ensure you never lose sight of the vibrant views and, when open, eliminate boundaries between interior and exterior living spaces. Comprising a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a comfortable seating area, and a dining area with a window onto the rock garden. The design is a perfect balance of clean lines and beach vibes, thanks to the tasteful mix of mid-century modern furniture, driftwood and coral accents, and soothing, natural tones.

Each of the four-bedroom suites features a king-size bed, warm, organic materials, and a terrace with ocean views. The principal suite enjoys exceptional privacy and a sensational bathroom with walls of glass looking onto a private garden area, a deep soaking tub, and a separate walk-in rain shower.

You don't want to miss the ever-present vibrant views of the azure sea, sunrise walks along the quiet beach, exploring the nearby cays by kayak or paddle board, the exhilaration of bonefishing at nearby Salinas, having jet skis delivered to you on the beach, cooking in the well-appointed kitchen (or opt to hire a private chef to do it for you), watching little ones gain confidence in the shallow waters of the bay, and enjoying after-dinner drinks by the firepit.
