Superb Tuscan Estate with Private Pool, Outdoor Oven, and Lush Gardens

About this villa

Picture this: a villa of grand proportions, sprawling 4,840 square feet, majestically perched amid the lush Sangiovese vineyards of the Chianti Senese region. This villa, a true haven for those seeking an escape, harmoniously blends the traditional charm of Tuscany with modern comforts.

As you approach, you're greeted by an outdoor paradise: a vast swimming pool, elegantly stretching from 23 feet at its deepest to a shallow 2.6 feet, all securely fenced for peace of mind. Imagine lounging under the sun umbrellas, or dining alfresco on the spacious veranda, fully furnished to host your memorable evenings under the stars.

The journey to this secluded retreat includes a final stretch of unpaved road, adding to its rustic allure. The property boasts a vast, 86,000 square foot outdoor area, unfenced and raw, inviting exploration. Parking is a breeze with ample space for eight vehicles.

Step inside, and the ground floor unfolds in a welcoming embrace. The large kitchen, a culinary artist's dream, comes equipped with a wood-burning oven, a five-burner stove, and all the modern conveniences. The dining room, living room with a cozy fireplace, and a billiards area provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment. A double bedroom with direct outdoor access and a bathroom with a shower complete this level.

Ascend to the first floor, and the sleeping quarters reveal themselves. Each of the six bedrooms offers a unique charm, with lofts in three, providing additional sleeping spaces. The bathrooms, ranging from en-suite showers to a luxurious bathtub, cater to all preferences. The villa also thoughtfully includes split air conditioning in three lofts for those warmer Tuscan days.

Entertainment is never far, with a covered area for table tennis, a badminton kit, indoor games, two football goals, and table football available. And for those who love a hands-on experience, the villa is part of an organic farm, offering opportunities to make pizza and bread in a traditional wood-burning oven.

Nestled in a landscape rich with vegetation, the villa stands about 328 feet from the provincial road, connecting you to the quaint villages in the valley. A grove of tall trees at the back provides a cool respite on hot summer days. Nearby, indulge in tennis, horseback riding, or even polo, with facilities just a short drive away.

This villa, a jewel in the heart of Tuscany, awaits those eager to immerse themselves in a setting where every detail is a nod to both luxury and the simple pleasures of life.
