Additionally the main level features a media room that has been transformed into the bedroom. Please note that it is slightly smaller, than the four bedrooms. The open living and dining area on this level boasts soaring two story ceilings and elegant travertine stone flooring throughout. With its wall of glass windows the living room ensures that you can always savor the ocean view and catch glimpses of St. Maarten in the distance.

Blowing Point is a beach that offers spots under sea grape trees. From here you can take a stroll to the ferry terminal bar or Big Jims Snack Bar.

Located to the east of Blowing Point Ferry Terminal lies Blowing Point Beach—a harbor where ferries to St. Martin depart, from.
In the bay you'll find a variety of ferry boats and fishing boats anchored, along, with fishermen and a sandy stretch of 200 yards.

Moving upstairs there are four out of five bedroom suites with their bathrooms. The East Main Master bedroom features a king bed and a French balcony that opens through the door. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and double vanity. Another bedroom upstairs is the Second Master Bedroom, furnished with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub, shower and double vanity.

The Yellow Queen Suite on the level offers a sized bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower and double vanity. Similarly the Blue Queen Suite on this level also has a bed along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and double vanity.

On the floor is the Garden King Suite which boasts a king bed as well as an ensuite bathroom complete, with a shower. This suite offers accessibility without requiring any stairs.
