About this villa

Welcome Almendro del Mar, an idyllic beach front sanctuary where the timeless beauty of Costa Rica's coastline meets the warmth of traditional hospitality. This exclusive retreat, nestled just 50 meters from the pristine sands of South Guiones, Nosara, comprises four uniquely charming homes: Casa Lora, Casa Carey, Casa Tora, and Casa Baula. Each offers a distinct flavor of the rich, relaxed beach culture that defines this secluded paradise. Ideal for large families, groups of friends, or special gatherings seeking a private beach experience, the compound marries the privacy of individual homes with the communal joy of shared spaces. Here, amidst the whisper of the waves and the rustle of the tropical breeze, guests find a haven of tranquility and the ultimate escape into nature's embrace.

The Beachfront Almendro del Mar Compound is a rare gem that promises an unforgettable stay for those looking to indulge in the laid-back luxury of Costa Rica's famed beaches. Spread across a lush, private area in South Guiones, each house within the compound has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a deep connection with the natural surroundings, all while maintaining a cohesive beachy and relaxed vibe.

Casa Lora stands as a spacious abode with four bedrooms, each designed to offer an oasis of rest and rejuvenation for its guests. With a mix of king beds, queen beds, and twin bunk beds, it accommodates a variety of group configurations, all wrapped in the comfort of modern amenities and en-suite bathrooms.

Casa Carey and Casa Baula, each with three bedrooms, echo the compound’s theme of serene beach living. They blend traditional Costa Rican architecture with contemporary design, offering spaces that are both inviting and luxuriously comfortable. Casa Carey's unique bedding arrangements and Casa Baula's recently remodeled interiors ensure that every guest finds their perfect spot to unwind.

Casa Tora adds to the compound’s charm with its four-bedroom setup, emphasizing the property's ethos of relaxed, beachfront living. Its proximity to the ocean and remodeled spaces make it a favorite for those seeking both adventure and relaxation.

At the heart of the Almendro del Mar experience is the shared “rancho,” a communal beachfront space with a kitchen, barbecue, and living area. This social hub is the perfect place for guests from all four houses to come together for meals, gatherings, or simply to share stories of their day’s adventures.

Almendro del Mar offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience the best of Nosara in a setting that is both exclusive and intimately connected with the local landscape. Just a short drive from the main town of Guiones, guests have easy access to local amenities while enjoying the compound’s private beachfront access, making it the ideal choice for those seeking a balance of relaxation, privacy, and community.
